Chinese parents can have another child if they have a girl, but not if they have a boy. Chinese, however, often ignore the law, abort the girl, and have two sons. I am also told that China will import women from Russia, Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and the Philippines to make up for the lack of wives in China. However, these countries do not have an extra 60 million women and India, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, South Korea, and Taiwan also have a severe shortage of women. An imbalanced sex ratio is a serious problem and could lead social instability and even war.

If you ever go to China count the first 20 kids you see yourself. I bet you won’t find the sex ratio is better than two boys to one girl. If you are concerned about this problem, try to raise awareness by discussing this issue with others and ask them if they want to live in a world where everyone has an unmarried son.

But it will take more than hard R voters to win the next election. Made harder by the leadership in the GOP that just passed another worthless maneuver to “cut spending” while not cutting spending.

The hard R voters would have gotten behind whoever came out of a convention. But the non hard R voters will not get behind who comes out of this primary unless that candidate is a solid conservative. Only in your alternate universe is George Allen a conservative.

The establishment in VA and D.C. is doing a fine job if the goal is to kill the party.

Cutting 4% of deficit is ‘irresponsible’?

Is the GOP selling out? They’ve been working on a compromise on the budget to avoid a so-called government shutdown. But, as it turns out, the ‘compromise’ that’s been reached is a mere 4% cut on the deficit, not even the entire budget itself. Is the GOP the worst negotiator of all time?

Ask HURT to forgo his salary increases the 2 years in;

ask him to introduce a bill making it ILLEGAL to pass a bill that exempts Congress from its effects;

ask him to MODIFY Congress cushy quick lifetime pension and health care to match that of his constituents;

ask him to DEMAND a return to a maximum budget of 2008 instead of pecking around the edges with Boehner and Cantor to keep the illusory “moderates” on the Republican voting roster;

ask him to introduce a bill to de-fund the Libya Operation, IT IS UNBUDGETED;

ask him to introduce a bill to require any President to secure the full vote of Congress to finance then wage war beyond a 72 hour r54esponse to a direct threat to the United States of America;

ask him to introduce legislation to de-fund Bommacare and to declare the Stealth $105 Billion in Bommacare to be illegal and de-funded;

ask him to introduce a bill declaring the 1000 bommacare exemptions illegal (to at least bring up the egregious topic for debate);

introduce an inquiry as to WHY the Obama Regime was a few months ago praising Quadhafi as reformed and backing the release (for the same “humanitarian reasons’) of the Lockerbie Bomber and has now murdered Quaghafi’s son and is arming Al Quaeda infiltrated Muslim Brotherhood mobs taking over a government that is absolutely NO THREAT to the United States..

If many of these things are done I will be on Hurt’s Band Wagon aggrandizing him as his ads admonish us to do, ” Why THANK YOU Great Congressman for sorta’ doing your job.”

Budget Negotiators Reach Tentative Deal To Avert Government Shutdown

“Sources tell me that budget negotiators on Capitol Hill have tentatively agreed on a deal that would involve at least $33 billion in spending cuts from this year’s budget. That’s $23 billion dollars more than Democrats have previously agreed to in short-term continuing resolutions, and $28 billion less than Republicans previously passed in the House.”
