Governor Sarah Palin comes to Lynchburg!
The Extraordinary Women Conference adds Governor Sarah Palin to this year’s Central Virginia National Event in Lynchburg!
The 2011 “Everlasting Hope” tour comes to the Liberty University Vines Center on Friday and Saturday, October 7-8, 2011
Forest, VA – March 10, 2011 – The Extraordinary Women’s Central Virginia Conference will be held this year at the Liberty University Vines Center on October 7-8, 2011, with special guest, Governor Sarah Palin.
Governor Palin will be sharing her personal testimony of faith on Saturday afternoon at the conference. She first made history on December 4, 2006, when she was sworn in as the first female governor of Alaska. In August 2008, Senator John McCain tapped Palin to serve as his vice-presidential running mate in his presidential campaign, making her the first woman to run on the Republican Party’s presidential ticket.
Palin is a contributor to FOX News, where she offers her political commentary and analysis across all FOX News platforms, including FOX Business Channel, FOXNews.com and FOX News Radio. She also participates in special event political programming for FOX Broadcasting. Palin is the author of the New York Times best-selling books, Going Rogue: An American Life (November 2009) and America by Heart (November 2010), and was named to TIME magazine’s 2010 “100 Most Influential People” list. In addition, she is the host of Sarah Palin’s Alaska on TLC.
Joining EWomen president, Julie Clinton, and Governor Palin, will be a stellar lineup of some of America’s premiere Bible teachers and speakers, including New York Times best- selling author of Made to Crave and Proverbs 31 Ministries President, Lysa TerKeurst; Self Talk, Soul Talk author, Jennifer Rothschild; and author of The Christmas Shoes, Donna VanLiere.
This annual event will also feature powerful concerts by Jeremy Camp, Francesca Battistelli, and Liberty University alumni, Meredith Andrews, as well as dynamic praise and worship with Michael O’Brien.
