HB1438, the Intrastate Commerce Act, was scheduled for a second reading Friday but went by for the day. Delegate Cole tells me it will go by again today.
HB1438 will be debated on the floor during the second reading tomorrow and if it makes it to the third reading, it will be voted on Wednesday.
Please contact your legislators and urge them to vote “yes” for HB1438, the Intrastate Commerce Act, to challenge federal authority under the commerce clause to regulate goods produced or manufactured, labeled or stamped “Product of Virginia”, and kept in Virginia.

The Committee is set to convene at 8:30am in the 9th Floor Appropriations Committee Room of the GAB on Friday, January 28.
