So now the smoky back room meeting at McKelvey’s office on primary night makes perfect sense. Push Hurt to higher office, even though you hate his guts, to further your own pursuit of power. Typical. I thought the tea party movement was against this business-as-usual crap?

My bad. I forgot it’s now the G.O.tea Party.

Brad, You need to seriously think about unplugging for a while and screw your head back on straight. There is not a conspiracy around every corner. 3rd parties have no shot in hell of winning. the deck is stacked against them. Beyond that you may want to think about the effect of constant immersion in black helicopter politics and what it is doing to you. If all I did was look at 9/11 conspiracy, fema camps, illuminatti, etc news stories I’d have a distinctly different personality over time.

    WatchDog-

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. Conspiracy theories are for tinfoil hat numbskulls, and they can do whatever they want with them.

I am merely commenting on something I witnessed with my own two eyes. Hardly a conspiracy theory. Also, funny how I didn’t see you there, yet you purport to know so much more about what went on than me and several others who WERE there.

Seems the “conspiracy theorist” label fits a little more securely on the party who makes assumptions about events that they did not witness. In this case, that party is not me.

So you were at the supposed “smoky back room meeting at McKelvey’s office on primary night ” ?

You “witnessed” that with your own 2 eyes?

I wasn’t inside the meeting, no. Bill Stanley wasn’t QUITE lit enough to let me in. But I witnessed what happened right before that meeting, and talked to Jim almost immediately afterward. So, I would venture to say I have quite a bit more understanding of what went on than you do, since you were not even within 15 miles of the place that night, much less in earshot.

Furthermore, given the track record of this particular site in dispensing truth, I honestly don’t give a crap what your opinion is on this issue. You may one day come to the realization that opinion is not necessarily fact.

I happen to engage in objective fact AND opinion, but I rely on the former to ensure that the latter is objective, as well. That model seems to work well for me, as I’m sure your subjective and selective model works for you. To each their own.

    Brad,

Wasnt the meeting at that office to discuss what McKelvey does in defeat. Wasnt the meeting had so that Mr. Stanley could attempt to convince the defeated McKelvey to support Mr. Hurt (which he did). Wasnt the meeting a friendly one between friends?
