It is clear that Tom Perriello is either a Liar or an Idiot.
Tom Perriello claimed he read all +2000 pages of this bill before he signed it. This would be a feat unto itself as others have pointed out that it would have taken him reading very fast over 48hrs. He only got the bill 72 hrs before having to sign it. He would have had to cancel all meetings and not sleep to have accomplished this massive task. Anyone still believe he read the bill?
Fact # 1 He lied about reading the bill
Fact # 2 The bill language that would have prevented abortion was stripped from the bill (therefore the bill funds abortion)
Fact # 3 As a lawyer he knows what the law states. He knows how the law works. He knows that an Executive order can not alter a bill.
Fact # 4 Tom Perriello is responsible for your tax dollars paying for the murder of unborn babies.
