Some Videos of: Bill Stanley, Mike McPadden, Jim McKelvey, Robert Hurtfrom the Convention where Bill Stanley was elected Chairman of the GOP in Virginia’s 5th congressional district.
This is all we have for you…Sorry.
These THREE videos were squished in compression. I’ll fix them and re-upload them.

You guys missed the best speech! Someone’s gotta have Feda Morton’s speech somewhere! What a barnburner!
There were multiple cameras on the Balcony. I captured the speakers who I still believe are in the lead.
You can disagree but for those that don’t like that WHERE WAS YOUR CAMERA?
Where was Feda Morton’s Camera?
Other candidates had cameras to tape themselves. She knew she was going to give a rowdy speech why didn’t she come prepared?
KF
I give her props….she read her speech very well….
thanks for this.
Wow, Watch Dog, at least you admit your bias…
I think watchdog is just being honest. This race has been comical in its overcrowding. Sure, anyone can find a forum that likes them best, but at some point common sense should have overwhelmed many of these candidates and narrowed the field. These three are the CONSISTENT front runners. Feda’s flare-up has not yet been proven to be anything but an anomaly.
We have made no secret here that 3 candidates should have dropped out. They are Feda, Ferrin, Verga and we’ve not changed that position.
Be careful to read between the lines. Some are telling you what you want to hear and don’t have no idea of what they are doing. We need people that have experience that can make an impact and make a change
Don’t let people that showboat and drive big billboards around stir you falsely Buying your way into an important seat like this is not good for anyone. I think some of these guys need to atleast run for PTA, Board of Supervisors or something a little smaller to see if they know how to get things accomplished. Don’t vote for an Actor whose hidden family values are not clear.
Where was Feda’s camera?! Why wasn’t she prepared?! You’re becoming a parody of yourself. Feda’s speech can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgGX-8OcPYA&feature=player_embedded
Mike McPadden is a frontrunner in the same sense that Ron Paul was a frontrunner – on the Internet only. Fact is, Tom Perriello will wipe the floor with McPadden (who is very nice and intelligent, I’ve met him) by painting him as an extremist who was born about two centuries too late. Your average citizen is going to laugh at McPadden when Perriello correctly notes that McPadden believes that the Federal Gov’t can’t print paper money (it’s right there on the front page of his website).
It’s clearly down to Morton, McKelvey and Hurt. If you want a grassroots conservative, vote for Morton. If you want an establishment guy, vote for Hurt. If you want a random guy with money flowing out his ears, vote for McKelvey. Any other vote is wasted.
(Disclaimer: I do work for the Morton campaign.)
Those comments were a response to “You guys missed the best speech! Someone’s gotta have Feda Morton’s speech somewhere! What a barnburner!” by JoeIn5th who wanted to know why we didn’t have Feda’s speech. We are not the political video production company for the fifth. If people want the video they want then they need to kick down some cash and pay us to capture it. We tape what we think people will be interested in and candidates who merrit it. ONE poll has Feda in the top when in almost all the others she is in the bottom…can you say anomaly?
At least you admit you work for Feda.
Funny how feda is the only campaign going negative. For the past month she has been claiming that Mike is not pro life. That he is pro gay. LIAR. She has a problem with the truth and This shows her lack of integrity. “McPadden believes that the Federal Gov’t can’t print paper money (it’s right there on the front page of his website)” Um…Try reading the U.S. Constitution. I guess you haven’t. If this doesn’t make our point about how Feda and her camp is naive about the issues and how her comments about the Constitution are just campaign slogans of another GOP hack I don’t know what will.
Now you turn on Jim Mckelvey and say “If you want a random guy with money flowing out his ears, vote for McKelvey.” So, because he is willing to sacrifice his personal wealth to win this race he is no good? At least he has the funds necessary to make the push and beat the perriello money machine. He certainly understands the issues better than Feda does.
While I’m not a huge fan of Robert hurt he is in the top 3. He is also not the devil incarnate that Feda and others have made him out to be. I disagree greatly with some of his votes and that may just spell his doom in this primary. We’ll see.
As to the “Ron Paul” jab. Ron Paul broke the all time individual donor fundraising record in a single day. Still holds it. His supporters created the “money bomb”. Want to know where the tea party got it’s start? It was Ron Paul supporters. First tax day tea party rallies? Ron Paul supporters.
Attention voters: If you are family values minded then ask yourself why you would vote for a woman who has been married THREE times? “Oh well she is pro-life”So are the 6 others running.
Paper money has had the effect in your state that it will ever have, to ruin commerce, oppress the honest, and open the door to every species of fraud and injustice. ~ George Washington
three times?
Ah, yes, let’s start seeing you attack her for being a woman next. Sick.
I’m not sure why I’m engaging you in discussion, but I am. Looks like I hit a nerve – several, in fact.
1) About this video: The correct thing to do when that commenter asked you if you had the video of what was widely considered the best speech of the day was to say, “No, I only have these. Maybe her campaign has that video.” Instead, you decided to attack Feda by stating that the campaign was unprepared, which it clearly wasn’t, as I just presented the video and made you look foolish.
2) I have always disclaimed that I work for Feda. Thank you for bolding that fact.
3) “Feda is the only campaign going negative … Attention voters: If you are family values minded then ask yourself why you would vote for a woman who has been married THREE times?” Mmhmm. Only campaign going negative indeed. In any event, I can’t speak to that accusation.
4) Nowhere did I pass judgment on McPadden’s interpretation of the Constitution. I just said that nobody believes it anymore and Tom Perriello will paint McPadden as an extremist, which he is. It’s an extreme position. The fact is, we’ve had paper money in this country since the founding. Let’s look at that document I haven’t read: Congress is authorized “[t]o coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States…” Now, if I wanted to get pedantic, I would say that the government has chosen “to coin money” made of paper. But I won’t, because that’s the easy way out.
Congress is clearly authorized to coin money. What does the next clause say though? Congress is authorized to punish counterfeiters of “the Securities and current Coin of the United States.” What are these “securities”? This looks like a separate class of money. If we’re going to punish counterfeiters of securities, there has to be securities to begin with. Securities are paper money. Indeed, scrolling down to Article 1, Section 10, we see that “no state shall … make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts” – so we see that there’s a prohibition on states authorizing their own non-gold/silver currency. So if securities exist, and states can’t make securities, that means that somebody else is making securities – paper money.
These institutions are called banks. In early America, banks would print their own “bank notes.” The problem with this is that the dollar was essentially not uniform; some dollars were worth more than others depending on the reputation of the bank. Therefore, pursuant to its power to regulate commerce, establish uniform laws relating to bankruptcies, regulate the value of money, and fix the standards of weights and measures, the Congress found it necessary and proper to establish its own bank to regulate the money supply. This bank was called the First Bank of the United States. It was very constitutional. Washington signed the bill.
I could go on and give you the rest of the history, but it’s clear I know what I’m talking about. We can have paper money.
5) My comment about Mr. McKelvey was not intended to be negative. It’s just a fact. He can self-fund, and that’s great. In any event, it can hardly be considered turning on him, since I was never with him to begin with.
6) Robert Hurt is not the devil incarnate; you are quite right.
7) Sure, Ron Paul did all that. He also lost. Big. He won all kinds of polls on the internet – and he couldn’t gain any traction with the American public because he had extreme views. It’s not intended to insult Dr. Paul; it’s just the truth. He was never a frontrunner.
Anything else?
McPadden is too chummy with unions and Michael Steele for my liking. Has no record to speak of other than his word and he can’t keep that in regards to marriage and life (he’s changed his tone on both through the campaign).
Money will come with the nomination. Principles won’t.
On the monetary issue I was shocked that you were able to articulate your viewpoint here. Well done.
Most people don’t have an understanding of it. I’d say I disagree with your analysis because while there “were” LOTS of paper currencies the founders had a unique understanding of the failure of fiat money. Eventually the Hamiltonians won out, but it was well understood that eventually fake money is seen for what it truely is…fake. What has propped up our dollar over the years has not been anything but fantasy. What has kept it going for so long is its use as the worlds “reserve” currency. Though I’d say that is slipping now that nations are transitioning into other sources of newer fake money like the Euro.
My rant against the whiner asking for video was more meant to be a poke in his eye than in the Feda Campaign. I hadn’t counted on the added bonus. I probably could have handled that nicer though.
Ron Paul did loose big. But, looking back people are seeing the truth in everything he was saying. The Sanctity of Life Act that everyone is talking about is something that Ron Paul(Pro-Life Doctor) has continued to re-introduce. Though not the original author of this type of legislation he has been pushing and submitting this legislation since 2005
It is sad that so many so called conservatives didn’t support Ron Paul. The U.S. Constitution seems to be a campaign slogan for so many (candidates and voters) and that is really sad.
Joe have you ever worked at a company in a state that requires union membership? I have and it sucks. They steal $30 to $75 from your check every month and you have NO CHOICE.
So taking a picture shaking Michael Steele’s hand is “too chummy”?
Other than the lies being run up the flag pole by your candidate and He who shall not be named, please detail out how he has changed his “tone” on Life and Marriage?
It’s time for Lucy and Virgil to get into this race.
After encouraging her to get into the race, they need to endorse Feda. She is the candidate who can win the primary and go all out in November.
You want to claim that Feda’s campaign is not negative, and then her supporters come on here and attack every other candidate. When I see other supporters they are usually touting the merits of their candidate, not nitpicking and attacking the others. But then again Feda isn’t a frontrunner.
I find it funny that within the first 4 articles on Feda’s website, she directly attacks McPadden (several times) and also claims she is the only campaign not attacking.
In fact she is by far the MOST negative campaign, I smell desperation.
Joe: merely pointing out that your so called “pro family” candidate has been married 3 times (oxy freakin moron) is somehow sexist? Oh and the union thing and chummy? Haha what are you talking about!?
Remember that EVERYTHING will come out when the democratic machine comes after our June 9th candidate. Not one stone will be left unturned. So misguiding conservatives now, will only hurt us in November.
They had their chance. Most of us are annoyed at the constant in and out,yes we will no we won’t, approach that they have taken with this race. Most of the candidates were not too thrilled about that either.
If they did get involved they would endorse McKelvey. I’ve heard that from several sources. After all that is what former speaker vance wilkins (sp) is running all over doing and he is best buddies with Lucy and Virgil Goode.
Virgil told me if he were to endorse anyone in this race it would be McKelvey.
McPadden for the win.
